Job Description:
We seek a senior development professional who will be an important contributor to the University's comprehensive campaign team. Reporting to the Executive Director of Leadership Giving and Gift Planning, the director will plan and implement strategies for the identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of leadership gifts.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree is required and a Masters Degree and/or professional designation is preferred. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of development experience, with demonstrated success in building relationships with prospects capable of making six and seven figure gifts, soliciting and closing such gifts. Capital campaign experience and experience in higher education are beneficial as is a working knowledge of charitable gift planning strategies and vehicles. Travel is required as is evening and weekend work.
